If you do not agree to these terms and conditions that we have stated, then you will not be allowed to lawfully access or use any Autumn Rifle Company site.

By Viewing or using a Autumn Rifle Company site, you are stating that you immediately agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of Autumn Rifle Companies Agreement and the Privacy Pages, which include those terms and conditions that have been set out below and those listed by reference. Taking into account your acceptance of our terms and conditions and our frequently updated privacy policy, Autumn Rifle Company grants you a Limited access without time restrictions that can be revoked at any time which will allow you to use our website for personal and non-commercial use as long as it's our main website Autumn Rifle Company (Dot Com), That being said, you are not allowed to  change, or download information from our site, unless it is auto page caching. All Rights must be formally given by Autumn Rifle Company to the user, otherwise they  are expressly reserved to use by Autumn Rifle Company.

Autumn Rifle Company Websites and social medias, or any content created by them, may not be recorded or reproduced, duplicated, sold, visited, or exploited for any  purpose without the written consent of Autumn Rifle Company Social media management. Users must also agree  to never interfere, purposefully  disrupt, and never try to attempt to gain unauthorized access to Autumn Rifle Company pages, websites, social media accounts or blogs, as well as any other related computer network corresponding with Autumn Rifle Company. Users also must continue to  agree not to Send, Place, or harbor viruses, also agrees to never  transmit viruses, or serious malware such as Trojan Horses, or any other malicious coding or programs. Users must also never engage in any other activity that is considered harmful or damaging by Autumn Rifle Company, as well as agreeing to not  be in conflict with the privacy or Contents of our terms and conditions Agreement. Users must agree to use the Autumn Rifle Company websites only for lawful, and Honest purposes, Lying in certain scenarios or questions can result in pursuit of criminal charges. Users are Extremely Prohibited from posting on or sending illegal content through the Autumn Rifle Company websites or social media pages. Any material or content that is illegal, Considered harmful or damaging, seen as  threatening or abusive, will not be tolerated. Any harassment or attempted defamation of Autumn rifle company itself, its employees, or customers is subject to be reported and will not be tolerated. This also included any vulgar, inappropriate, sexually graphic or explicit, Offensive or hateful language and any other offensive language  that is otherwise objectionable is strictly not allowed and depending on the offense it will either be reported to the authorities or result in permanent denial in using Autumn Rifle Company websites, this is also  including, and not limited to, any material or content encouraging conduct that can possibly constitute a criminal offense (Local, State, or Federal), It cannot violate civil liberties  or otherwise violate any applicable jurisdictions laws which as previously stated are all (Local, State, Federal, and international laws. Autumn Rifle Company has the right to remove any postings or content in violation of this Agreement, and depending on the violation may report it to the proper authorities. 
3) Autumn Rifle Company Equipment (Personal or purchased from other companies) - 
Users will be solely responsible for providing, maintaining, and ensuring compatibility with the Autumn Rifle Company websites, media, and equipment, including all hardware, software, electrical and other physical requirements for your ability to access our Autumn Rifle Company websites, including, without any limitations, Telephones, Internet access connections and passwords, any web browsers or other gear or equipment, and any programs and services that are required to access and use our Autumn Rifle Company websites, pages, and media.
4)  Policy Covering any Errors or potential Corrections -
Any and all information on this website has the potential to contain written or typed out grammatical errors and or inaccuracies and may not be updated or fixed right away. We (Autumn Rifle Company and employees)  reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any given time without providing users any prior notice (This also may include after you have Purchased or submit an order). and all other names, variance markings, brand names, and logos appearing on the Autumn Rifle Company websites are owned or licensed by Autumn Rifle Company LLC, or by the trade name (Autumn Rifle Company) and it's employees. Absolutely no permission will be given to use our trade name or business name as illegal use of any license or right to use Autumn Rifle Company names  without the verified written permission of the owner. Autumn Rifle Company  MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES DUE REGARDS TO ANY LINKED SITE. YOUR USE OF ANY LINKED SITE IS COMPLETELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. In addition, you should be aware that your use of any non-Autumn Rifle Company website is subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to that site, including the privacy policies of such site. Autumn Rifle Company hereby states all terms which apply to all product sales from the Autumn Rifle Company website or social media's and may be supplemented by more specific terms on the purchase page on Autumn Rifle Company websites where orders are placed.

Any and All products offered for sale are subject to availability and Autumn Rifle Companies acceptance of your order. After you place an order through an Autumn Rifle Company website or social media page, we will send you an email acknowledging and either approving or denying your order. This order acknowledgment can mean that your order has been received; it does not always mean that your order has been accepted, shipped, or that the price of an item has been confirmed and if the price isn't confirmed we will not process the payment until the user agrees to the new price of the item, nor does it mean confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Upon shipment of your order, we will send you an email. Here at  Autumn Rifle Company we may also require additional information prior to accepting or processing any order.

Autumn Rifle Company reserves the right at any time to accept, decline or cancel any order or limit order quantity for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the entire billed amount. Autumn Rifle Company  uses its best judgment and effort to fulfill orders, however, there may be instances in which a product is out of stock or unavailable do to sudden increases in demand or other factors, in which case Autumn Rifle Company  will contact you to direct you which steps you may take and on whether you wish to select another order or cancel your existing order.

Autumn Rifle Company may make revisions, and choose to discontinue or modify products at any time without informing or making any prior notices to you and products may become unavailable without any notice. Autumn Rifle Company has no liability of any kind if any product is not available.

2) Order Fulfillment/ Fulfillment process
Here at Autumn Rifle Company most of our items will be shipped directly from our inventory to help produce quality deliveries, but depending on the item it may be shipped from a different fulfillment center straight to you or your FFL of your choice. Delivery times may vary, but most orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days and if not you will be notified with an estimated delivery time through Email. The delivery charge varies depending on the size and weight of the item, as well as the cost of the item.  These charges will be included in the order invoice and laid out for you to see the exact cost of everything you're paying for. We reserve the right to deny or refuse shipments to certain parts of the United States, and if the product Is eligible for shipment to Hawaii and Alaska, special rates apply depending on item weight, quantity, and delivery location. Oversized and extremely heavy items are marked on their product information pages as requiring a special delivery charge as well as information describing the weight of the object or why there is a special charge. Any and all risk of loss of product will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, it is up to the customer to purchase product insurance with the shipping company and that option will always be provided prior to purchasing, this service will be provided at a reasonable cost. Shipping times are estimates only, and not a guarantee that the product will be delivered on the specified date and we at Autumn Rifle Company are not at fault if packages or items are lost in the mail, stolen, or not delivered on time. We will not be held liable for any loss or expense which you may incur as a result of any delay in the delivery of your order. When ordering more than one item, please note your items may come in different shipments. As previously stated, Autumn Rifle Company assumes no liability for damaged, lost or stolen shipments. It is your responsibility to ensure parcels can be delivered free from theft or exposure to rain, snow, excessive humidity or temperature extreme areas. Claims for incorrect or missed shipments must be made to Autumn Rifle Company Customer Support within 20 days of order acknowledgment/shipment or are deemed waived. Autumn Rifle Company reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the website at any given time, and to correct pricing errors that may accidently occur. As stated above despite our best efforts and thorough work, a small number of the items on our Website may be miss priced at some point. That being said, we always try and make sure that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item for the lower price. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will,  contact you for instructions about whether you want to proceed with  the correct higher price before shipping or cancel your order and we will notify you of such cancellation (whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or debit card charged). We will always do our best to verify the items correct pricing as we enter the shipping process, Also we will not charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process and is approved. 5) Limited Warranty/No warranty
The extent of any limited warranty for each product is as shipped with the product or as expressly stated on a warranty document on the Autumn Rifle Company website. Any warranties that we may offer are limited to defects in material or workmanship, and repair or replacement is your exclusive remedy for any defective product. In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the purchase or use of any product, No matter what, we will not be liable and any concerns will need to be taken up with the manufacturer of the product.. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In addition, any warranties implied by law shall in no event extend beyond the duration of the expressed warranty offered, if any at all. There are some states which do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. It is the customers responsibility to know their state and local laws, the seller is not required to inform the customer about it's states warranty laws or information.

6) Autumn Rifle Company Return Policy
This return policy only applies to orders purchased from Autumn Rifle Company's website. If the customer purchased items from a dealer, please contact that dealer, as we are not required nor responsible to assist in that process. Any and all Authorized returns must have a prior return merchandise authorization (RMA) and may be subject to a restocking fee; Here at Autumn Rifle Company we do not accept returns without cause and there will be a standard fee. Customers may Contact Customer Service using the number or email address listed on Autumn Rifle Companies website or social media accounts. (Always make sure you are on a legitimate Social media account or website) Any customer errors or scams that may occur by outside sources are the customers fault, and we will not take any responsibility. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA number. Remember  All sales of ammunition, discontinued items, items sold “as is,” and clearance items are final and may not be returned (No Exceptions). You are responsible for any shipping, handling and insurance costs associated with the return item. All authorized returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery and must be returned unused, complete with its original packaging and must be returned with a copy of the given invoice. For customer protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx (Given a provided tracking number). Autumn Rifle Company  is not responsible for any products lost during the shipment.

7) Autumn Rifle Company Product Descriptions and information
Here at Autumn Rifle Company we always attempt to make our product descriptions as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, up to date, or that it has no errors. If a product arrives and is not as described, your sole option is to return it in unused condition within 30 days. Please note (The customer has to pay for the shipping, tracking number, and and fees) If the item arrives back to our inventory and shows signs of use, or damage there will be no refund to the customer, as lying or trying to get a refund after using the item is against our policy.

8) Customers responsibility in Compliance with Laws and Autumn Rifle Company Compliance
It is your responsibility as the customer to follow and obey all local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regards to the possession of a firearm, and use and sale of any item purchased from Autumn Rifle Company. By placing an order, you are stating that the order is lawful and will be used in a lawful and appropriate manner. Additionally, you acknowledge that any items or services sold in the United States may be subject to import or export laws of the country in which the goods are sold to. Also, you agree to obey and follow all applicable export laws and regulations, this includes and is not limited to the Export Administration Act and the Arms Export Control Act, and this means you represent and warrant that you will not transfer such goods to a foreign national or a foreign destination in violation of law. If there is proof that a customer has broken the law or is ordering items in furtherance of a criminal organization it will be reported to the proper authorities.

UNDER ABSOLUTELY NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AUTUMN RIFLE COMPANY, OR ITS EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES, PARTNERED COMPANIES, SALES AGENTS, MEMBERS, BUSINESS DIRECTORS, ANY EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS,CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR ANY MATTER COMING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT THAT YOU HAVE AGREED TO OR YOUR USE OF THE AUTUMN RIFLE COMPANY WEBSITES, INCLUDING, AND NOT  LIMITED TO, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE AUTUMN RIFLE COMPANY WEBSITE, ANY CHANGES TO OR LACK OF ACCESS TO THE AUTUMN RIFLE COMPANY WEBSITE, OR ANY DELAY, FAILURE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF ANY TRANSMISSION OR DATA, ANY MATERIAL OR DATA SENT OR RECEIVED OR NOT SENT OR RECEIVED. ALL LIABILITY FALLS BACK ONTO THE CUSTOMER AS STATED IN THIS POLICY, AUTUMN RIFLE COMPANY ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY MISUSE OF ITEMS, DAMAGES, INJURIES, OR NEGLIGENCE.
